Sex of Welsh Harlequin Duckling

Hello! I have a duckling who is about 3 weeks old now. I have been reading that Welsh Harlequins can be sexed right after hatch by beak color. Here is a picture of my "Ponyo" a few hours old. Anyone care to give any guesses? Thanks!
