Damn it i was hoping at least 1 hen will the roosters fight if there in with hens? I was looking at getting 2 hens.

No expert here, but those are pretty significant combs on all three of your Silkies. Are they showing any signs of sparring? I've got three 2 1/2 month-old silkie chooks and two of them have been play fighting since they were wee chickies. All three of mine have smaller combs than your lot, but other signs point to the two of mine growing up to be roos. Anyhow, pics one and three definitely look like roos to me (again, with my VERY limited knowledge

). Number 2 is questionable because I think the photo makes the comb look larger than it actually is.

Do you have any full body shots? It's sometimes hard to tell by comb alone. Some Silkie hen's will have larger combs than others. I had 4 whites that I thought were all Roo's, and so did everyone else on BYC that looked at them. They were all HENS.

I have silkie hens who spar more than the boys--it just depends on individual personality. My boys will fight if penned with a rooster they don;t know well or if girls are also in the pen. Right now I have a couple of very pretty boys who are looking mighty ugly from a couple of tussels they got into. A silkie with half a crest is sad to look at.

I think I am going to go with you wont know till they crow..Those are non bearded and...
