Planning ahead, if it is a male, if I changed him out with a female, would the other two chicks accept it? At this age, they aren't establishing pecking order right?

They are doing the pecking order thing at that age but being young they're a lot more flexible than when they're older and the scuffles are milder and briefer. Usually.

If you trade it for another - you may be giving up a female. You can't hurry nature.

Barred Rock chicks CAN be sexed early, it is one of the benefits of the cuckoo and barred colorations.

That chick, by head spot and wing feathers looks very female.

Look at those feathers coming in, VERY dark!

Dark = female.
