So I have 14 unsexed buff brahmas and they're about a month old. Any ideas on how to tell their sex?

I've tried holding them by their head like a lot of yourube videos have shown, but every single one freaks out and pulls their head in when I do it. I got some pictures below of them taking time out of the broader and in their soon-to-be run.

A few details about them are that some are much bigger than the rest, and others are way more outgoing and friendly. They all are developing small combs, but I haven't noticed any that stand out from the others.

Too early to tell, all those methods on the Internet are old wives tales. Wait for comb and waddle development.
Ah ok. I heard so many and people were so confident about it that I didn't think of the possibility of them being wives tales

try not to hold them by their heads, it could hurt them. bigger ones probably have a chance of being males but look at how thick their legs are. thicker legs indicate males, and thinner ones are females. also look at the posture, ones which stand more upright might indicate males whether ones sort of hunched (not looking hunched as in sick, but sort of lower down) might be female. i think thats it, looking at combs and wattles growing pinker/redder quicker than the others, they may be male. you have 45 - 50% chance for females and 50 - 55% males. Good luck!
