Sexing 3-4 day old chicks

Is this an accurate way to wing sex 3-4 day old chicks?

Bred specifically for the trait...meaning what exactly, because I have some birds that match the female picture...does that mean they're females....or do you mean this is only an accurate way to check on certain breeds...I hope this makes sense. Also I read that if they have a short row of feathers above their long row, then they're female. And I also saw a pic where the males wing feathers were all one length and the female had a long, then short, then long, etc...

...any way to tell at all?

I mean it's only accurate in certain breeds. I will say I tried all of these methods. 5 came out as girls, 2 boy. Now that they're 8 weeks I can say they are all girls.
