Sexing 4 week old bantams? Cockerels?

I have two 4 week old mixed bantams, and I was wondering if it was soon enough to sex them? They were both a bit fighty to other chicks when they were younger but Chick #2 has stopped. Chick #1 hasn’t.

Thank you! I was pretty sure the first was a cockerel just because of how quick that comb grew and the fact he’s already getting wattles, but the flat? comb of the second chick confuses me, i don’t have much experience with birds of that comb type.

She has pea comb: here's a good demonstration, the 1st one has single comb.

Thanks for the help! I think even if they happen to be a cockerel, chick #2 having a rose comb sounds very cool, and i’m eager to see how it grows.
