Hello!

We were supposed to have three Easter egged chicks, but one looks very different. I’m wondering if it is a cockerel or maybe just a different breed? Two of the eggers look similar (one more grey and the other more brown). But the different looking one has a white belly. (I’m still new to chickens). The first picture is the chick in question and the second is one of the others.

I’m just curious! Thanks!!

Easter eggers can be a lot of colors, but that first chick doesn't look like one. Where did you get them? Is it possible that by "easter egger" they meant "surprise barnyard mix" ? The first picture looks like a speckled sussex mix, and a cockerel.
