Hey all! another question on gender cuz I think it's fun to guess, and I figure the more data the better to help others decide! These two bantams are 6 weeks old today. The gold laced is 99.9% a roo, but the splash laced one has me holding out. What do you guys think so far? There's four photos of each chick :

I agree with @Pullet Press about the genders. But it is way too early to be certain with Wyandottes, you might very well have two girls on your hands. Wyandotte pullets combs pink up quite a bit earlier than other breeds. You should probably wait until about 12 weeks of age to be certain. They are a little cuties!😊

X2! @jmns I was thinking the exact same thing! 😆

I agree with the others...wyandottes are hard to sex sometimes. I have 2 silver laced wyandottes and one has flushed red in the comb and wattles since she was 4 weeks any time she got even remotely excitable, maybe even younger! I thought it was going to be a rooster for sure, but she is 11-12 weeks now and her comb and wattles never grew, and she is a pullet. Her comb and wattles still flush red when she runs around or gets excited (or warm) but it goes back down to yellow when she is calm.
