Hello! I have a couple frizzle chicks both are 7 weeks old . I was wondering what the gender is. I’m think the white one is a cockerel and the black one is a pullet.

The white is a definite cockerel. I do believe the black is a late blooming cockerel.

At 7 weeks, a bantam Cochin pullet should not have red in the comb or wattles at all.

Ok cool I thought it was a pullet because it comb and wattle have been pink for the last 3 or 2 weeks and haven’t got any red

I've never had one show such red. Maybe it is a pullet. I'm just speaking from experience. I currently have two grow outs that are 8 weeks. Not even a hint of red on either.
