They are very young, but I will guess cockerel. RIR/Production Red cockerels generally show more comb even when this young.
what do I have do I have Rhode Island Reds or Production Reds, at TSC they were labeled Rhode Island Red Pullets
 
@black_cat @Overo Mare @sourland I had another question my chicks are 7 weeks old but they are still small they haven't had their growth spurt yet, do think it could be because I couldn't leave their food out the whole day ( i couldn't leave it out because I had a laying hen who only wanted to eat their food and not her pellets so I had to take the food away )

You should never with hold food from growing chicks or laying hens. NEVER.
If your having issues with chicks eating food that is not theirs then house them separete.
