Sexing 8 week old silkie cross

I have a barnyard mix. It was the only one to hatch and is a mix of blue Andalusian and splash silkie roo.
At 8 weeks we are starting to notice a little wattle and comb development...boy??

Thanks. I'm guessing the same as you both but he really is a friendly thing. Now, if I can find a way to keep two roos happy with 15 hens.

I'm thinking cockerel, too, though Silkies and Silkie mixes are very difficult to sex.

What did this turn out to be? I have a strikingly similar cross that is completely unknown (was told it was a barred rock!). It's obvious now at 7.5 weeks, there's silkie in it. Mine has much less of a comb and no wattles showing yet. Curious if yours turned out to be a roo or not.
