Sexing a 9 week old Cream Legbar

Got this one as a day old chick and was assured she was female, but now at 9 weeks the comb and wattle are making me very worried I have a little roo? She is so friendly, I'll be so sad if she is (especially as I think the black one in the last photo is also a roo 😭)

Yes. That's a cockerel. You can actually tell in the first pic when he's a baby because he has a white dot on his head. The females will have a completely different coloring. Sorry!
 
That's definitely a roo. Whoever you bought him from deliberately tried to scam you. I'm so sorry you had to deal with this 😞. You can tell because CL are auto sexing, and usually a flatter head and that feather pattern with the white dot on the head means rooster. The hens are chipmunk colored.
 
I'm a newb with 5 Cream Legbars, 2 are roos and 3 hens. Very obvious with the comb and wattles, those colors match my two roos.
 
Definitely cockerel. He’s pretty though! Here is my 7 week old cream legbar pullet for comparison.
