i have three 4 week old ducks they have started to molt into their feathers just not completely their tail feathers have come in. I remember that you can sex a male from a female by the tail feathers as i have read. none of my ducks tail feathers are curling do they take a while to do this? or is this the first molt they have before they have their big first one?
