It is alot easier to tell sex if you have others from the hatch to compare to.

I have muscovies that hatched on July 8th. There is nothing to give a size comparison in your photo. Can you put a yardstick in front of him (?) so I can see and I will compare with mine. I have 6 boys and 5 girls, and the size difference is considerable.
