Sexing CBBQ already?

My CBBQ hatched June 3, so are 17 days old. I thought it's too early, but two of the wild colored definitely are showing the white band around their necks and the tail feathers are coming out a brick red (sorry for the not so great pics but it's definitely a rusty/brick red). The other wild I have doesn't have the white band and tail feathers are brown...is it possible to sex these 2 as male already at 17 days????

I've read it's possible at 2 to 3 weeks, so yes....

Well. Just my luck...out of 7 CBBQ, I have 6 males and one lonely female cinnamon. Time to find homes for 5 of the males, I was hoping for a few pairs.

So sorry to hear that! I only got two females out of ten last time. Hopefully you find someone who takes the males. If you are lucky, your hen goes broody and hatch some more hens. Best of luck to you!
