Sexing Chickens

I have 6 chickens that I got in July of this year. It now being almost November is it still too early for me to accurately determine the sex of them? There are three with combs that have red flesh hanging down below there beak which i am assuming are roosters and then there are 3 that have more conservative plumage and look more plain which I am assuming are hens?

they are a cross between cornish and araucana if that makes a difference.
