Hey can someone tell me how can I sex chicks that are a week old

A week old is too young for all but a few breeds. Show us pics when they are 5 weeks old.

Ok I'll put pics when they turn 5 weeks old
You can vent sex... It's gross but effective. I do it with my chicks. You have to practice to get good at it though.
