That's what I was thinking Kathy, but like the Sheriff I would've guessed the opposite!

How do I go about testing mine...what company do you use? Do you just mail them a "sample" or acquire a test kit from them? How much does it cost? How long does it take for results? Thanks :)

$20. and I just sent part of the membrane attached to the paper you print out here.
I had the results in less than a week from mailing (by phone). They mail out a certificate though, too.

I don't know if it is of significance when sexing, but I have noticed that my female is darker in color than my my male.

I'll have to post pics of mine when i get the DNA tests back..

maybe there is a significance to it.. and maybe it's just their individual coloring.. but either way it's worth checking out
