Thank you, I think so also but was hoping. I starting researching sanctuaries and family farms that would take him. My neighborhood does not allow roosters. We have an abundance of feral peacocks running the neighborhood, maybe no one will notice a little crowing

No, I am researching placing he can go and have a good life. He was a sickly chick in the first place but I knew if I took him back they would just dispose of her/him and give me a knew one. Had to work with her and give her a lot of TLC for 4 days and he turned it around.

Ps if it hatched later than the larger chick it may think the lager chick is it’s mother

They are both from my local feed store, so they should be the same age. My sons name them and all my chicks have famous men's names. This one is Robin Williams and the other chick is John Cena. I am down to two hens, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan. I got the two this season to round out the group. I really enjoy them. Michael and Larry are sitting on my back porch now looking in the screen door, hoping for some mealworms.
