Sexing Midget Whites

I have three Midget Whites that are about 5-6 weeks old. They all have been strutting and getting a bit red around the neck. I am totally new to Turkey keeping and wasn't sure how to tell which are going to be toms. I asked the breeder about it because I was hoping for a trio and she said that the females will strut like that too. I asked her if they would start to gobble soon because they were making weird noises and she said they wouldn't until they were sexually mature. Well, last night while in the coop I heard a distinct gobble from two of them. Do the hens gobble as well or do I have two toms?

Try whistling a song to them (or some other noise with which they are unfamiliar) and note those that respond with vocalizations most often. Our `boys' hate(d) my whistling.

Well, I ended up with two toms and one hen.
