I have three barred rocks two I thought from the get go were boys but the 3rd had me curious. They all had some white on their heads at birth but one was not as distinct. I’ll include below when they were born plus the boy and what I am hoping Is a girl today photos. Also they are just over 4 weeks old.

Sorry should have noted that all the older photos are of the same 2 out of the 3 barred rocks. But I’m happy to hear you also think the one without the bright red comb could possibly be a girl

Here are the 3 again for reference lol two show to be boys for sure. Left and right. Middle doesn’t really have red and more black in wings so I’m really pulling for pullet

I understand your confusion with the center one ... If they're 4 - 6wks, it's possible the center one is a pullet however that's alot of red for that age. Found this when I "googled" barred rock chicck

Barred Rocks are considered “sex linked,” so it's possible to accurately sort male and females at birth without hiring a trained vent inspector. Barred Rocks are born with a spot on their heads, and this spot is key to sex linking — a male has a large white spot, while a female has a smaller narrower spot.

It does look like you have two cockerels and a pullet. Could you post more pictures of the one with the smaller comb in a few more weeks?

So far, looks like two cockerels and a pullet, but that pullet might actually be a slow-growing cockerel too. Post pics again in a couple of weeks and we should know for sure.
