Sexing my ducks

Rouen ducks not mallard
they are mallard, rouens have two connecting eye stripes and mallards have one (here is my rouen mocha (1st pic) and a mallard duckling i rehabbed named squeakers (2nd pic)

Feedstores aren't always the best at identifying breeds (and honestly, ducks are harder than chickens in my opinion) seeing them fully grown will be the true tell : D

I went back and they assured me that they were Rouen .. lol told me they lost the other stripe .. 😊
They still look like mallard but time will tell. If they turn out to be gigantic then they are rouens. If they stay small, then mallards. Also might be able to tell if the hatchery they came from, removed a back toe.
