Sexing my ducks

They're too young to sex at this age, I believe they need to be a few months old : D what breed?

they are mallard, rouens have two connecting eye stripes and mallards have one (here is my rouen mocha (1st pic) and a mallard duckling i rehabbed named squeakers (2nd pic)

Tractor supply told me Rouen and that’s what I chose I’m not sure what happened but I’m going to keep them

Feedstores aren't always the best at identifying breeds (and honestly, ducks are harder than chickens in my opinion) seeing them fully grown will be the true tell : D

Those are mallards, rouens have 2 stripes. Tsc employees can barely tell a duck from a chicken much less the breed.

I went back and they assured me that they were Rouen .. lol told me they lost the other stripe ..

They still look like mallard but time will tell. If they turn out to be gigantic then they are rouens. If they stay small, then mallards. Also might be able to tell if the hatchery they came from, removed a back toe.
