sexing my mandarin ducklings

I have 3 mandarin ducklings they are 7 wks old and I wondering if they was male or female I have researched about this matter and I have found nothing of any help. Please can someone help

In the future sex them when they are a day or two old as it is very easy. You will probably begin to see the males develop their unique feathers in the following weeks. Best of luck, I love wild waterfowl!

What's the unique feathers? The colors? Like green and blue on the flight feathers? Does the females not have color at all?
