The one with the white neck is definitely a hen. In your second picture, I suspect (but am not positive) you've got a tom there in the middle. The third one looks like a hen as well, but hard to tell from the pics.

How old are they?

Not sure age. Got them at an auction. I am almost certain the white one is female. It’s the other two that are giving me trouble.
 
My guess on the other two are one male and one female. Unless you've got a late blooming male there. Better head shots would help. You'll know for sure soon, either way.

White necked one is totally female, though
 
So if the Narragansetts are both toms, how long do I have to wait to get one of them butchered? How far off are they size wise? Thanks!

You can process it whenever it is big enough to suit you. Many recommend waiting until around 8 months old for a heritage turkey. I am going to be processing a heritage Sweetgrass tom this weekend. He is 4 months old but he is big enough to satisfy the people that he will be entertaining.
