Sexing Older Mixed Chicks

A couple weeks ago I got 2 chicks, the guy just told me they were bantam americauna mix and we're "a few weeks old".
It's been little over 2 weeks now and they've grown quite a bit and I absolutely love them. However I am in a small town and if there's a rooster I won't be able to keep it, so I'd like to be able to sex them before getting too attached(kinda late but hey lol)
Here's a couple pictures of them, the brown is Piper and the black is Noir. Piper had a comb since I got them and Noir has none. I've read a bunch of threads about ways to sex and I just can't figure it out since they're mixed.

Any idea how old they may be? Or what mixed with? Neither seems to have a dominant personality (something said Roos can be from a young age) both are quite gentle and the one snuggles under the other.

I think they are probably about 5 weeks old now. When they are 8 weeks, you should be able to tell their gender for sure.

They look to be a month(ish) old so it is a bit early yet.

Thanks that's about how old I was guessing based on what he said. They are really sweet they sit on my shoulder and the black one will settle right down all comfy on there. I hope they stay this friendly! I have a couple young quail that I got the same day, I call them popcorn because they just run and bounce around when I even go near their house!
