Oh, no, the cat got the boys?! That's awful, Adam! Makes me scared since I saw a huge strange cat running off the other day when my freeranging girls kicked up a fuss. I swear, although I only saw it from a distance and from the back, it looked almost bobcat size. Your would be pretty big, too. I'm sorry!

Well thats my guess. I saw the cat in the yard and shooed it away. I stayed out for a while and watched everyone then I went inside to do house work. I went back out and the chickens were in their house. I closed the door and went to bed. I let everyone out the next morning and I did not pay attention to everyone so I am not sure if they were present or not (it has been a very hectic few weeks) but later that afternoon I started looking for them and I could not find them. I thought well they are hiding under a bush. Well that was several days ago and no sign of them but the cat was back the other day. I called the pound on it. I do not know if they got it or not but I have not seen it and all of my kids are accounted for. So it sucks! But what can you do?
