A friend of mine is moving and needed to re-home a Peachick. I was told it was about 2 months old, so should be about 2 1/2 months old now. I am not sure the breed (or colors) or anything else about it. I'm going to guess it's a male, and I understand it's early and may not know for sure, but what's your guess? Male/Female? Thanks for your input. If you have any other information or advice for me, that would be MUCH appreciated!

It is Spalding, Black Shoulder, and might be a hen although it does exhibit some male characteristics. The artificial light isn't helping me with the color at all. Take some pics during the day and let us see the breast and side view.
I have this one, if you need better ones, I can get some tomorrow!

Upon further review it is not Black Shoulder. The barring on the tail and the broken pattern just forward like a broken tube type television is Spalding influence, most birds now have some Spalding in them. The wide bars on the back leads me to hen but a pic of the breast will give better indicators.
Does the Ks in your name stand for Kansas by chance or just random?
