I did some research, and breeder quality Rhode Island Reds are quite a bit more darker than what I'm used to with is hatchery quality.the breeder I bought them from is very careful.. unless he is mistaken...
She looks like a He to me. I have RIR and my boys looked like that, developed their combs much faster than the ladies.Hi there, Our RIR's are 7 weeks old. But one of our "Girls" has a larger red/ dark pink comb and wattles...And her tail feathers are pointed and suddenly she is bigger than her litter mates...Do you think our girl is a rooster?
