so.. i have no experience in sexing my chicks, and i was wondering if these pictures might help to determine? i've looked at many different methods but i'm still unsure. They both hatched last sunday, may 12.

Hey there,
I am in pretty much the same boat mine just turned 2 weeks yesterday.
Someone on here told me 8 weeks or more...I'll post again and see. I'd recommend you do the same. Super cute widdle babies though!:love

I just did a TON of research on silkie chicks and how to tell them apart. It's not the easiest thing to do and I am still guessing at this point since mine are still small too but I would say the light one is definitely a girl the other one maybe. The wings being so prominent is a good sign. Please keep us up to date on what they turn out to be! :)

WAY too early to tell...usually you can’t tell until they are 4-5 months...sometimes not until they crow or lay!! I have 25+ silkies and still have to wait sometimes for them to lay or crow!! Post again in a few weeks...gorgeous puff balls!!
