Sexing Silkie from Photo

Hey everyone! I was thinking of buying this silkie but the current owner is unsure of it's sex, I was wondering if anyone could help using this picture also she 9 months old and the current owner hasn't noticed any eggs laid

i agree...definitely looks like cockerel from that pic....looks like “streamers” and stance looks like cockerel. as mentioned, a face pic would help showing comb and wattles to say for sure.
