Okay I’ve made a long thread months ago as this ee has grown.

I have one barred Rock rooster who is a complete butthole and walks around with his two hens. They all now live together with for other chickens.
2 silver laced Wyandotte’s
1 RR
And the Ee

I’m trying to really figure out if it’s a she or he

No crow or anything
I’ve tried everything possible to check every other week for anything knew after reading up on how you can sex your chickens.
I don’t see spurs growing as the BR had already been growing spurs since 4 months old
Legs are green which I’ve been told females are green ?? I’m not sure about that
He/she had muffs its tail feathers aren’t as long as most Roos by that age. Idk it is still too early?

I'd be inclined to agree that it's probably a boy. The darker patch on the wings is one thing- do you have photos of same age EEs that you think are girls for comparison? I compare leg/feet size - not fool proof, but a good clue - feather pattern, and of course, compare the combs from my known females.

Unfortunately this is my only ee- it was sold as a pullet to me as a chick but I knew a day later it has to be a future roo.
Someone on another site says she’s got a full grown pullet had the exact same ee as me so she thought it maybe a pullet.

The other thing that pushes me in the 'cockerel' direction is the three distinct rows of "peas" on his comb. Pullets generally have only one. But, it's still not impossible to be a pullet … but I'd be marking him down as a cockerel. Maybe take another picture of his saddle feathers on a drier day.
