sexing turkey poults

I suspect they are both male. Do either of them behave in a more masculine or feminine way?

They both hang out with my older tom.. They only chirp. They come onto the porch when I walk outside.. No displaying. I'm suspecting males too but they behave so calm.

My poults are 12 weeks old...can anyone tell what they are?

I'd say Tom on left, Hen on right. Tom's legs are longer then hens.
