You've got at least a couple months ahead of you before you can start guessing.

Hi everyone I was wondering if you could help me sex these 3 month old silkies. My guess is the one on the left is a Roo and the one on the right is a Hen what do you think? Hen? ^^^^^ Rooster?^^^^^^^

Looks like a pullet to me, comb is very small and the crest isn't as sleek as a males. Not so sure on colour but the last silkies I had that looked like that were Blue Buff, otherwise she could be Isabel Porcelain, although porcelains usually have darker crests but colouring varies from bird to bird.
