Leaning towards pullet for partridge and roo for the white. Are they full breed Silkie?

How old is this baby? If 4 months or more I'd say probably pullet. The crest tends to sweep back more in a cockerel. However, it's hard to tell especially with no pics of back of the head to see if there are streamers beginning, and not knowing the age. Another note, I am no expert, so don't go by me. This is strictly a guess! Good luck with your baby!

Just a guess here too. I would say female.

I have 2 white almost 8 week old silkies. And from this thread I was able to "guess" one male and one female. Well the one I thought male, started crowing today!! Or I should say, trying to crow!! Sounded super funny!

I have 4 silkies I got from a breeder strait run because he said silkies are the hardest breed to sex and they are 6 to 8 weeks old and maybe younger. Are the hardest breed to sex and they are 6 to 8 weeks old and maybe younger. The photo of the Partridge was probably four weeks. I don't know if they have streamers on their heads or if they're just molting any idea what they are
