I'm pretty sure I know the answer. But is this a rooster?

Um. Americauna/barred rock maybe. And about 10wks old

Based on the age and the amount of waddle and color I would say roo. How are the tail and saddle feathers developing?

I'm still new at this so more opinions are welcomed.

Coloring also indicates a rooster. You have a good eye to be suspicious of this one.
