RAREROO... wow, crazy, isn't it? GPLF, maybe better feathering, but Sexlinks really aren't a "breed" so could you really get better quality?

Has anyone ever bred sexlinks using a buff cochin roo and BR hens? If so, what were your results? any pics?

That's what I was thinking. I love my BCs, and I would like a meatier, dual purpose sexlink. The black stars I have bred from RIRs lay like crazy, but they're not as large as my BR hens or my standard cochins. Plus, I confess, I just have a thing for feathered legs.

Yesterday I had to sell my Welsummer rooster (one of my favorites) and three others, including my Golden Commet rooster.

Aww, well you needed to downsize on the roos. But sad to see them go! You could have made a sexlink with your golden commet, lol.
