Sexlinking with a Red Leghorn Hen

1. Can you use a Red Leghorn Hen to create a sexlink chick?

and 2. What kind of rooster would you use?

No, A Red hen wont work..
If you have a Red Leghorn rooster he would work.
Red Leghorn rooster crossed with a,
Silver Leghorn,
Columbian Leghorn,
Delaware,
Columbian Rock
Would give you a Red Sex-link

Red Leghorn rooster crossed with a,
Barred Rock,
Cuckoo Maran,
Dominique
Would give you a Black Sex-link

You can get sex linked chick if you mate your hen to a good black faced/black skinned/black shanked Silkie.
Pullets will have dark faces/skin/shanks, the cockerels will have red faces/ light skin & shanks
