Does anyone know if a white wyandotte hen bred to a RIRed will make sexlink chicks?

I think your question is addressed in the sex-linked sticky on top. It specifically mentions the RIR roo-white Wyandotte hen cross.

It depends totally on the genetics the recessive white hen is masking. If she is white covering Silver, such as Silver Laced (a good possibility) then yes, if masking gold - No. You just can't tell by looking at her, carry out the mating & you will know.
