I don't know but I saw two standard size foals born yesterday and both took at least an hour to stand. And both of the minis I've seen born were up on their feet in less than 30 minutes. Both the standard mares took much longer to get up than the mini mares too. I'm guessing size has a lot to do with it.

it is supposed to be sunny and warmer (in the upper 30s) for the next week.. hoping harley and tink go during then.. LOL

I was seeing the same thing just then...she does look pretty uncomfortable.​
