if you feel you should call her then call her...I can't find the cell which means Dh has it at work...I know people don't hesitate to call her when Harley is acting funny. If I had my cell I would have called her especially since she was pawing

Early labor can last a while... if she was continuously pawing, getting up and down constantly or acting very agitated I would say call... but right now she still seems more to be resting, and in the beginning stages of labor... I would wait a bit to call if it were me... but I like my sleep lol!
