"Okay, okay," Cloudfall laughed. "I don't know if a good deputy would be so overwhelmed by all this, but here goes. If I were leader, I'd appoint you as deputy. Not just because you're my friend, but because I trust you. In fact, what I just told you is something I've never told anyone before, not even myself. I value your opinion and it'd be an honor to have you hunt and fight by my side, and give me the support a deputy gives a leader." She paused for a moment. "All right, I'll admit, that was kind of deep for a game!" Cloudfall laughed.
Jadestone giggles.
Cloudfall giggled with her, then sighed contently. She arched her back in a luxurious stretch and settled on her stomach, wrapping her tail around her white-grey body and tucking her paws underneath her. "This is nice," she murmured with closed eyes. "It's like we're apprentices or kits again, playing games and laughing together, like we used to."
“Hey follow me” Jadestone leads the way to a river “come on let’s not do this”
Cloudfall reluctantly got up from her comfortable patch of sunlight to follow Jadestone. "Let's not do what?" she asked, puzzled.
“Let’s not sit here rotting away and let’s go hunt please” Jadestone begged
"Okay," Cloudfall laughed. "Although how we can rot away by spending one afternoon relaxing instead of stressing, is beyond me."
