Can you pair her up with one if the less aggressive towards her apart from the rest to give her more confidence

Her only friend is the rooster! And it's hard to separate her since she can go through the poultry net, I would have to lock her in the pen.
I did use that pen as a safety zone for the two bantams for a few months leaving a very small opening, but now they both want to hang out with the crowd. But the crowd doesn't want to hang out with Chipie, and so she gets her feathers pulled out because she goes too close to her bullies .
