Cauliflower cheese reminds me of a recipe that I personally call “The Widowmaker.” The actual name is “loaded cauliflower”; essentially a loaded baked potato with all the lusciously evil ingredients, except on cauliflower instead of the tater.Turkey, a piece of stuffing, a bit of sausage and cauliflower cheese.![]()
Most can’t be refrozen (potato salad, deviled eggs, etc.), but I’m rearranging the fridge as we speak!Can you freeze some of it for simply reheating?

The eldest succumbed to a flu type bug the day after Christmas so I am the last one standing.So my son came down with the GI bug this morning and is stuck in Knoxville, so those still standing upright are going to fling packages at one another in thirty minutes, then run like hayull.
I found this out as I was almost finished cooking. Now to find room in the fridge to store the food for some undetermined future date to eat together.![]()

Just looking at the ingredient list makes me feel one coronary artery after another quietly shut down.
It’s awfully good! I shorten my path to living solo by using frozen cauliflower florets instead of chopping up a head of cauliflower, which in my experience results in an explosion of itty-bitty cauliflower bits.
