Shaking baby frizzle

I have a little frizzle chick that is about a month old, about a week ago I woke up to her shaking. When she walks or try to walk she really struggles to do so. She is eating and drinking but not as much as she was. I need she needs help! Anyone have any idea what it might be and how to help her please let me know.
