shaking chick with video

this chick has been doing this since last saturday. I live in se texas and all the chicks are outside in a run with a concrete floor. they go into a coop with pine shavings at night. day temps are 85 and nights are 65 to 70. this chicks seems to have started growing slower than the other ones. I seperated this one tonight to see what the droppings look like. any advice would be appreciated.

How old is this chick? I don't think 65 at night is warm enough..... Does she do it all day long even in the heat of the day?

all day. im sure its not a heat issue. its about 5-6 weeks now.

also, doesnt seem to do it when sleeping.
