shaking head in ducks.

I keep my 2 ducks with my 2 chicken in my balcony 1m*1m territory. Suddenly I noticed my 2 month duck make difference voice and after that he start shaking his head and feet and sometimes do triple sneeze but he still has his appetite . my vet said that maybe he get cold , and recommend me to give him some antibiotic and paracetamol for 4 days and i cant see any improvement after 4 days. Any suggestion?

Do you have a way for the duck to wash his entire head several times a day? Ducks can get things stuck in their nares (nostrils), and that can lead to sinus infections and worse.

usually I see my other duck washing his head in water but I didnt see my sick duck do that.somehow I think that he scares of water.
