shaking heads-what to do?

I too have a faverolle pullet that shakes her head constantly. I have wormed her with Valbazen. I am considering the Ivomec on her shoulders for mites and creepy crawlies but am concerned about using it so soon after the Valbazen. She does sometimes seem to breathe with her beak open. I have looked for gape worms and found nothing. I tried to look in her ears but still don't see anything.

ear mites are really hard to see, the valbazen should take care of any worms, i quite often give a flea shampoo bath to check for mites, sometimes you won't see them unless you bathe them- put a little sevin powder on her ears- have you listened to her lungs for congestion?
