Yeah true. I was too freaked out! I do have witnesses, though. Three of them! And, the said to me, "yeah that guys always been a _____" (you'd have LOVED this one too).... so I know he's not a popular little ****.

Well, I hope they do something with both of them AND take their animal(s) away from them.
What are the laws like for animal cruelty there?

I don't know about the laws for animal cruelty here. I don't think they're all that harsh - I never hear about it happening, honestly! Must just be lucky. Gonna count my blessings I don't know, actually.
