Shallow indentations under webbing?

I know the bigger callous on the left is bumblefoot, which we're treating, but does anyone know what the two small black indentations are? They're shallow, not holes, and the top of her foot doesn't have continuations of these, and lightly trying to pick them off doesn't do anything. (The light bits near the one on the left were parts of flowers stuck to her foot.)

Definitely possible, and we didn't catch them in time so they've healed over by now...I'm not certain. We'll keep an eye on them though.

Now thinking about it I've seen things like that in my duck's feet they're fine so probably nothing
