i got 3 hens 1 shamo 1 sham x asil and 1asil
the asil and asil cross are allways togeather and have no problem being with eachother ( appart from one pecking the other in the coop ) where as both can not tolerate the shamo hen , they keep fighting with her soo much that i had to separate them and let em out at different times . they fight like 2 stags .
i have no cockrel to keep controle
do you think this could be resolved by getting a male who would keep them from fighting ??

A good cock would suppress fighting between hens if hens American game. Since oriental, you will need a very good cock that is able to soundly whip hens and otherwise stay out of fray himself. Otherwise pen hens separately, all of them, and make it so they can not fight through cage material.

do you think if i swap the 2 asil hens for different ones fighting could be stopped ?

Not if asil. A production breed yes. Based on conversations with parties into asils and their like, even the hens and sometimes even chicks can be a challenge when trying to confine them in small areas as groups. Problems get real fun when birds combined where not reared together or not together continuously. Even then they can get unpleasant.
